Vitamin C: Why do we like it? Advantages, sources and disadvantages

Vitamin C is an important dietary nutrient found in fruits and vegetables. It helps the body produce collagen, which is a major component of connective tissue in the skin and other parts of the body. There are some disadvantages to having too much vitamin C though - too much intake
