the visually challenged man has cracked the Odisha public service commission (OPSC) examination and has obtained top ranking in state
he is born without a sight, Behera started his fight to place in government exam in 2016
he filed a pill in Odisha high court in 2011. finally a supreme court order, allowing the visually challenged to take a part in government examination, paved to way for him. odisha's Sahara is now an inspiration for others like him.
