The optimistic market environment, bolstered by NIFTY50 surpassing the 25,000 mark and easing geopolitical and trade tensions, has positively influenced investor sentiment. This shift has prompted companies to bring forth their new public issues starting from the last week of April 2025.
Among the SME IPOs scheduled for subscription between May 27 and May 28 are Blue Water Logistics, Astonea Labs, Nikita Papers, NR Vandana Textile, and Neptune Petrochemicals.
**Blue Water Logistics IPO (May 27 to 29)**
Founded in 2010, Blue Water Logistics specializes in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation services, catering to import/export clients across diverse industries. In FY25, ocean freight constituted 83% of total revenue, with surface and railway freight following. The company’s revenue is primarily from business-to-consumer (B2C) clients, accounting for 56.8%, while the balance comes from business-to-business (B2B) clients.
Blue Water Logistics aims to raise ₹40.5 crore, setting the share price between ₹132 and ₹135. The minimum order size is 1,000 shares. The IPO concludes on May 29, with share allotments scheduled for May 30, and shares expected to be listed on June 3, 2025.
**Astonea Labs IPO (May 27 to 29)**
Haryana-based Astonea Labs is involved in manufacturing and marketing pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, in addition to contract manufacturing and exports to regions like Iraq and Yemen.
The company intends to raise ₹37.67 crore by issuing 27 lakh shares, with a price range of ₹128 to ₹135 per share. The minimum lot size is 1,000 shares. Astonea's IPO will close on May 29, and the share allotment will occur on May 30, with a listing date set for June 3, 2025.
**Nikita Papers IPO (May 27 to 29)**
Nikita Papers plans to raise ₹67.54 crore through the issuance of 64 lakh shares. The company produces Kraft paper, which is commonly used for wrapping parcels. With its varied product range, Nikita Papers meets a wide array of customer needs within the paper industry. The IPO price band is set between ₹95 and ₹104 per share, with a minimum lot size of 1,200 shares. Shares will be listed on the NSE SME platform on June 3, 2025.
**Neptune Petrochemicals IPO (May 28 to 30)**
Established in 2021, Neptune Petrochemicals manufactures and trades a variety of bitumen products, including emulsions, PMB, and CRMB. The company seeks to raise ₹73.2 crore through this public offering.
Proceeds from the IPO will primarily fund capital expenditures for new plant and machinery installation, as well as office space acquisition, with around ₹42 crore allocated for working capital. The IPO price range is ₹115 to ₹122 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. The estimated share allotment date is June 2, followed by a listing on the NSE SME platform on June 4, 2025.
**NR Vandana Textile IPO (May 28 to 30)**
Kolkata-based NR Vandana Textile plans to raise ₹27.89 crore from its public offering. The price band for the IPO is set between ₹42 and ₹45 per share, with a minimum lot size of 3,000 shares. The offering will close on May 30, with share allotment set for June 2, and shares expected to be listed on the NSE SME platform on June 4, 2025.
