Recently I meet a person in the park. He asked me about my habit of waking up at 4.30 a.m. every day and asked me to write about the health benefits of getting up early, which I think is a great one. Question.
Wondering how to get up in the morning? Are you looking for techniques to get up early in the morning without being very tired? The few tips that follow will allow you to wake up to the rooster crow without difficulty! If I do not know all the “official” benefits, I know that getting up early in the morning has many advantages.
Why get up early in the morning?
First off, let me tell you if you're a night owl, and it works well for you, I think that's great. There is no reason to change, especially if you are happy like that. But for me, going from being a night owl to an early bird (and yes, it can) has been a blessing. It has helped me in so many ways that I will never look back.
My habits when I wake up early
Greet the day when we get up early
I love being able to stand up and greet a wonderful new day. I suggest creating a morning ritual that includes saying thank you for all the goodness you get. I am inspired by my 35-year-old uncle, who says: “Every day, think when you get up:
'today I am lucky to have woken up; I am alive, I have a precious human life, I will not waste it, I will use all my energies to develop myself, to open my heart to others, to achieve self-realization for the benefit of all, I will think positive thoughts of others, I will not get angry or think negatively about others, I will make sure that I benefit others as much as I can. ' ”
Start the day well / How to wake up well?
I used to start my day by jumping out of bed late, as usual, rushing to get ready and getting my kids ready, and hurrying to drop them off at school and then get to work. Late. I walked over to my desk, looking disheveled and barely awake, grumpy, and after everyone. Not a great start to your day.
Now that I have a completely renewed morning ritual, I've done so many things before 8 am that the kids are early, and so am I, and by the time everyone gets to work, I've already managed to take one head ahead. There is no better way to start the day than getting up early in the morning, in my experience.
Enjoy the tranquility of daybreak.
Wondering how to wake up? Set the alarm clock very early! No bawling kids, no crying babies, no balloon sounds, no cars, no TV noise. The early hours of the day are so peaceful, so calm ... It's my favorite time of day. I really enjoy this time of peace, this time for myself, where I can think, where I can read, where I can breathe.
Admire the sunrise
People who get up late miss one of nature's greatest feats, repeated in full stereoscopic view every day - sunrise. I love how the day slowly gets brighter when midnight blue turns light blue, when the brilliant colors start to seep into the sky when nature is painted in incredible colors.
I love to do my morning jog during this time, and I look at the sky as I run and say to the world, “what a great day!” Really. I really do this. It's an expression, I know, but getting up at 4 a.m. offers great opportunities.
Top 7 tips for a healthy lifestyle
Breakfast
Get up early, and you will have time to have your Morning breakfast. I've been told it's one of the most important meals of the day. Without breakfast, your body runs on its reserves until you get so hungry at lunchtime that you eat whatever unhealthy thing you can find.
The fatter and sweeter, the better. But eat breakfast, and you'll be fuller for longer. Plus, eating breakfast while reading a book and sipping coffee in the quiet of the morning is eminently more enjoyable than gulping down something on the road to work or at your desk.
Exercises when you get up early
Some people wonder how not to be tired in the morning; I often answer them this: There are other times to do exercises than the beginning of the morning, of course, but I find that if you play sports right after work can also be very pleasant, it is also more likely to be undone because other things are sticking out their noses.
Morning exercises are virtually never canceled. These exercises eliminate fatigue and help you start the day right! Getting up with the sun often helps prevent procrastination.
Increased productivity
How to wake up in the morning? Think about this:
Morning, at least for me, is the most productive time of the day. I like to write in the morning when there is nothing to distract me before looking at my emails or blog stats. I get to finish so much more by starting my job in the morning. Then when the evening comes, I have no more work to do, and I can spend time with my family.
Time for Goals
Do you have goals? Well, you should. And there's no better time to go through them and plan them and accomplish the tasks you've set for yourself than the first time. It would help if you had a goal that you want to accomplish this week. And each morning, you should decide what the first thing you can do today to move a little further towards your goal is. And that, if possible, do it early in the morning.
Drive early
No one likes high traffic hours except the Supermajors. Drive earlier, the road traffic will be much lighter, and you will be able to get to work faster and save time. Or better yet, go by bike (or better yet, work from home).
Make appointments early
It's much easier to go to those early morning dates if you get up early. Showing up late for appointments is the wrong signal you send to the person you meet. Arriving early will impress them. In addition, you will have time to prepare.
How to become an early riser?
Don't make drastic changes.
Start slowly, getting up just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. Get used to this for several days. Then reduce another 15 minutes. Do this gradually until you have reached your goal.
Allow yourself to fall asleep earlier.
You may be used to staying up late? Maybe watching TV or surfing the Internet? If you continue this habit while trying to get up earlier, one day or another, one of you will have to surrender. And if it's the early rise that surrenders, then you're going to crash and sleep late and have to start all over again.
So that you don't get up late, I suggest going to bed earlier, even if you don't think you are tired and reading while you are in bed. If you are exhausted, you can fall asleep a lot sooner than you think.
Put your alarm clock away from your bed.
If it's right next to your bed, you'll turn it off and take a nap. Never retake a nap. If it is far from your bed, you will have to get out of bed to turn it off. Now you are up. You have to stand.
Leave the bedroom as soon as you turn off the alarm clock
Don't let go of rationalizing going back to bed. Just force yourself out of your room. My habit is to drag myself into the bathroom and pee. By the time I've done this, and flushed the toilet and washed my hands and glanced at my horrible head in the mirror, I'm awake enough to face the day.
Don't rationalize
If you let your brain tell you not to wake up early, you'll never get there. Don't make getting back to bed an option.
Have a good reason to get up early
Plan something important to do earlier in the morning. This reason will motivate you to get up. I like to write in the morning, and that's my reason. Plus, after I've done that, I love to read all of your comments!
Make getting up early in the morning a reward.
Yes, it may at first seem like you are forcing yourself to do something hard, but if you make it fun, you will look forward to it. A good reward is making yourself a hot cup of tea or coffee and reading a book. Other rewards could be a tasty breakfast treat (milkshake! Hmmmm!) Or watching the sunrise or meditating.
Find fun for yourself, and allow yourself to do it as part of your morning routine.
Take advantage of all that extra time.
Don't get up an hour or two early just to read your blogs unless that's a major goal for you. Don't get up earlier to waste that extra time. Leap for your day! I like to use this time to move forward, to prepare meals for my children, to plan the rest of my day, to exercise or meditate, and to read. When the clock reads 6:30, I have done more than a lot of people in a whole day.
Note: Students who think they are in the morning can try to get up early in the morning to study.
conclusion
Now I hope you can understand the benefits of getting up early in the morning and how to do it. But you don't need to do it if you have a happy and healthy lifestyle of being a night owl. But you are not and trying to be an early bird; then you must follow this tip in your life.
