In this pose, you can be calm and at peace. With your arms straight, spread your fingers wide and stand like a statue
The aim is to breathe deeply like this and focus on your breathing while maintaining a very good posture.

Stand in a relaxed pose with your knees slightly bent, hands over your head with your elbows pointing forward (in front). Your fingers should be spread wide.
Slowly inhale and expand your chest, expand your belly. As you breathe out, exhale your chest out. In this pose, you are also pushing your arms up, but you will not be making fists (as you are stretching your grip)
Just breathe and feel your entire body expanding as your head is getting more upright.
Dog pose
Dog pose can make you feel so calm. It should strengthen your ankles.
Dog pose works your thighs, your calves, your forearms
As your legs get stronger, the stress on your feet is decreasing and so is your balance.
You can start with this pose as a simple warm-up pose. Dog pose could also be an option for beginners to try the more advanced yoga poses like warrior pose and downward-facing dog pose
Dog pose can also help strengthen your hamstrings when you bend your leg in a dog-like posture, while you inhale and then keep the breath in for a while
How to do the yoga pose?
Stretch your right leg and left foot back, just as you are standing.
Then place your hands on the floor next to your left foot and roll your chest forward until you are sitting in a chair
Now, stand your right leg back up (on the chair). In your right leg, bend your knee and pull your right thigh in towards your chest.
This is a dog pose. You are twisting your thighs from side to side.
As you inhale, straighten your right leg while keeping your left leg bent.
Release your right knee and stand on your right leg. In the middle of your first breath, turn your right foot backward and plant it again on the floor.
Make your second leg stronger than the first leg as you bend your knee. Keep going back to your first leg until you make your calf muscle tired.
Child pose
Also called knees together in a Child pose, this pose can be practiced by babies and also adults, but it’s perfect to practice yoga before bed as it will help you to sleep deeper, and better.
The Child pose is easy on your spine because it aligns it better. Your hip joints are well-supported, and your back is aligned
