What is welding ?

Welding is a fabrication process that joints materials typically matel or thermoplastic by using High heat, pressure or bouth, causing them to fuse into a single Strom pieces. It creates a permanent bond, distinct from soldiering or brazing, by melting the parent materials and often adding a filler material to from a weldment.

The Fundamental of Welding :

While the definition mentioned above might make it sound simple, welding is far from easy. Take a look at some of the fundamental principles welding.

  • Welding involves a high skills level and practical knowledge of subjects like physics, chemistry and metallurgy.
  • Welding is generally done on metal but is also used for fusing wood or thermoplastic part.
  • Extreme heat can alter the crystalline structure and weaken any metal.
  • A complete joint is weld joint or weldment.

Welding Types and process :

The welding process depends on what the meterial is in case you went to become a professional welder, you mest understand all the defferent process well.

  • SMAW ( Shield Matel Arc Welding)
  • GMAW ( Gas Matel Arc Welding)
  • TIG ( Tungsten Inert Gas Welding)
  • SAW( Submerged Arc welding)

Welding Equipment :

  • Welding holder
  • Welding torch
  • Wire brush
  • Chipping hammer
  • C- clamp
  • Wire and electrode.

Weldig Safety. :

  • Safety glass
  • Welding helmet
  • Lather gloves
  • Lather shows
  • Lather apron
  • Ear plugs.
