SUMNER, Wash. - Troopers are researching an incorrect way crash including a suspected DUI driver on State Route 167 in Sumner on Monday morning.

The accident occurred in the southward paths on SR-167 and 24th Street, East

Trooper Robert Refer said a driver was going above and beyond and collided with another vehicle head-on.

The incorrect way driver was arrested and is associated with driving impaired, specialists said.

Refer said the suspected DUI driver doesn't have any known wounds, and the other driver was taken to a neighborhood emergency clinic for genuine, non-hazardous wounds.
