Regular breast self-examination can save your life, I believe it can help to know that it is better to know and understand your breasts, how they feel and how they look. By noticing this, it means you'll notice breast changes sooner, giving you time to get the help you need.

Visual breasts

1. Stand in front of a mirror and put your arms around you. Take a good look at your breasts and notice a dimple? Do they look similar? Do they look balanced? Are there any breast discharges?

2. Raise your arms and rotate until you can see the entire side of your breasts. Do you see any wrinkling or rash?

Standing breast self-examination

Place your left arm over the back of your head. Use the three pads of the fingers of the right hand, massage, circular motion, light, medium and firm pressure. It is better to make different circular movements, from small to large, in each place

It is important that you do this in all areas of the breast, such as under the breasts, on the sides of the breasts and in the center of the chest. Especially the side parts, take your armpits and then check thoroughly.

Don't forget to vary the size of the movements as well as the pressure. When you are done with this area, move on to the next section and continue until the entire breast area has been explored

Now examine your armpits, do it while standing. You may find lymph nodes, but don't panic, be sensitive to swollen lymph nodes if you find one that doesn't mean you have breast cancer. Someone with swollen lymph nodes for many reasons, such as the hormonal cycle, or when you are not feeling well, lymph nodes are usually in a transitional time.

Breast self-examination in the down position

There are some different from breast examination standing and lying down, some stories of women who found a lump in their breast standing up but not lying down, but that's not the point, what matters is which position is more comfortable for you and will become your routine, then when you do it, it will be much faster and more efficient.
