MAKE A STUDY PLAN
Initially, you have to make an effective study plan that will match your daily routine. Then, you must have to include a rest timing slot after every hour. Then, make a lenient study plan which can be easy to follow. Sometimes, what people do is that they themselves made them too burdensome on the very first day due to which they can't even follow the same for another day.
But you should keep in mind that on the first day you should include only a few contents in your timetable which will easy to follow and if you followed it continuously for some couple of days then start including extra tasks in it and here comes the time to be productive since you started learning and reading more and more than we can say that, a day productive!
HOW TO DIVIDE YOUR TIME SLOTS
From the beginning, we should wake up early in the morning because morning time is proved to be the best one for revising and learning. After all, our mind is in a fully active state at that time, and it makes us grab more and more knowledge.
So after waking up early, do some physical exercises, have some breakfast, and start your day by reading something. Some articles on the web may be some newspaper, anything that you want to read because reading can boost you up for further study. Then follow your second task, which you have included in your timetable, refresh yourself, take a bath, and again come to the same routine. At this time, you should have to study for 2-3 hours continuously before taking lunch because once you took lunch, you started feeling lazy and will not be able to proceed with further study. So it's better to complete your task in one go before lunch. Then after taking lunch, do some mathematics or reasoning because it's not the right time to learn anything because you felt sleepy between 1-3 pm at noon. So after doing reasoning, you can take a nap for a while, like for 1-2 hours. Then after a nap, you again feel some good energy in you and make your study effective because our brain must need sleep hours to recall all the information we have gathered throughout the day.
So now the evening time is the best one to study some tough subjects because evenings are fresh ones and you learn a lot at that time slot. So then at night only you have to revise all those things which you have studied throughout the day.
