Excel was released in 1985 and has grown to come arguably the most important computer program in workplaces around the world. In business, literally, any function in any assiduity can profit from those with strong Excel knowledge. Why does the program work so poorly? That is not it. The onscreen display changes as you move over or down using the scroll bar or the mouse scroll. You aren't moving to new cells. 

So when you press the arrow key, it goes one cell above or below the cell you were in. That is why you're incontinent, taken to the cell where the cursor was from where you scrolled. However, you have to elect it with the mouse, If you want your cursor to be scrolled. 

It's good to be suitable to scroll around like this. However, go to Enter and forget about where you were working, If you want to see what is contained in other cells when posting information in one cell. So we can scroll and rotate and also, come back to the active cell.
