TOP TIPS FOR HEALTHY HAIR

Conditioning in depth

Even when you treat your hair after each wash, deep conditioning is still the best option. Every now and again, shampoo your hair, wring out the excess water, and towel-dry it. Next, apply conditioner directly to the hair's root using liberal amounts. To ensure the conditioner is distributed evenly throughout your hair, use a comb with wide teeth. Pull them up right now, then fasten them together. From ten minutes to an hour, leave the conditioner running. Pull them down, give them a thorough washing, and revel in soft hair.

You should keep the heat at bay

There are a few techniques to achieve lovely curls or flawless waves when you're heading out without using a drier, straightener, or curler. If you must use an iron or curling iron, buy the serum of your choice or, if you have some free time, prepare your own.

1. Gather 250 ml of water, some hair conditioner, almond oil, coconut oil, and an empty spray bottle. 200 cc of water should be poured into the spray bottle before adding 2 to 3 drops of coconut oil and 4 to 5 drops of almond oil. To the conditioner, add two really tiny droplets. It will lather if you use too much of it. If you'd like, you can add lavender or another fragrant oil. Shake well after adding the remaining water. Once the lather has settled, usage is ready.

2. With this one, butter is king. Add 20 drops of any essential oil of your choosing to 4 ounces each of cocoa and shea butter. The butter should be heated until it is completely liquid. Butter should be poured into a clean, empty jar together with the essential oil. Allow the container to cool until the butter returns to its solid state.

Oil Is the Solution

While a conditioner may do wonders for your hair, oil provides it with specific minerals, vitamins, and important fatty acids that not only strengthen the roots of your hair but also improve its general health. Most mothers and hair professionals advocate coconut oil! Your hair can be shielded against UV damage, dandruff, and sebum buildup by removing it from hair follicles, which speeds up hair growth. Alternatively, you might cook some curry leaves in coconut oil before applying. Instead of curry leaves, you may instead use Chinese hibiscus blooms.

Olive oil might be a better option if you experience hair loss. It can be mixed with a wide variety of other components. Here are a handful of the best:

Honey and cinnamon powder with olive oil After applying the paste to your scalp, wait 15 minutes before washing.

The LOC approach, it consists of three steps: leave in, oil, and cream. Water is used first, followed by a light oil, such as coconut, olive, or almond. Shea butter or any other creamy conditioner of your choice should be used next. After allowing it sit for a bit, thoroughly cleanse the area.

Learn about your condition

After shampooing, conditioning is a crucial step in maintaining healthy, manageable hair. Either a shampoo with an integrated conditioner or a separate conditioner are options.

Apply conditioner evenly throughout using a comb. Before rinsing it out, let it sit in your hair for two to three minutes.

Not everyone needs to condition their hair every time they wash it, just like with hair washing. Try different things to see what suits you the best.
