Method

Stand straight and, place your feet around 4 feet wide.

Move your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot move inward towards your body slightly.

Fold your right knee.

6. Low Lunge

Method

Lay down on your back with your arms by your sides and, bend your knees, place your feet flat on the floor about two feet from your hips.

Move your hip up off of the floor, keeping your knees hip-distance apart. 

10. Legs up the Wall

This relaxing pose stretches out hamstrings and calves and promotes blood flow to the brain.

Method

Lay down on the floor with your hips as close to the wall as possible.

Move your legs upward on the wall.
