This region is one of the best tourist spots in the world. K-2, the second-largest mountain in the world, is present here. There are many unique species of animals present in this region, along with many large mountains, vast mountain ranges, lakes, waterfalls, and unique species of animals.
The people of this region are lovely, kind, honest, and very hospitable. In this region, there are two main languages named Balti and Shina. The people of the region are very cooperative and kindhearted. They especially respect women very much.

Deosai is home to endangered species like the Himalayan Brown Bear, Gray Wolf, Markhor, Tibetan red fox, Himalayan Marmot, and Snow leopards. Birds found here include the vulture, falcon, snow cock, griffon vulture, golden eagle, sparrowhawk, and migratory birds.
The Cold Desert, also known as the Katpana Desert, is located in Skardu. It is situated 2,226 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest deserts in the world. It is more beautiful in winter when covered by snow. A very beautiful lake is also present in the desert, containing white, black, and golden-colored fish.
The valleys around the Hunza River are home to some of the best trekking tours in the world, with trails ranging from hours to days. Mix nature and history on a steep hike to the 800-year-old Baltit Fortress and hire a tour operator to help you explore magical villages, interact with friendly locals, and pick the freshest apricots in the valley. The Hunza Valley is especially beautiful during the cherry blossom season in spring and the changing colors in autumn. Summers are rainy, and winters can be very cold.
The beautiful blue Lake Attabad in our beautiful Pakistan has become one of the main natural attractions of the Hunza Valley. Surrounded by the high peaks of the Karakoram, with its clear calm waters greatly enhancing its majesty, this is a wonderful place to visit. The project to rebuild the stricken Karakoram Highway is a miracle of construction. A group of 5 tunnels (7 km in total) is now part of a newly built route. After the disaster, Lake Attabad was formed, but now it serves as the main source of livelihood for the local population. The existing beauty of the Hunza Valley is enhanced by the cool turquoise waters.
This region is very beautiful. In Skardu, an international airport is also present. This area is also known as the "land of beauty."
