They are one of the English Premier League’s most successful clubs and one of Europe's wealthiest clubs as well. They have a strong team, with players like Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Fernandinho, and Kevin De Bruyne. Pep Guardiola is one of the top coaches in the world and he joined City in 2016. With his style and talent, they could be a dominant force in next season’s Champions League too. Maybe even Manchester City could become the first Premier League team to win the CL trophy since Chelsea did that back in 2012.
Paris Saint-Germain
On top of a talented and balanced squad that has been assembled by manager Thomas Tuchel, PSG is also home to arguably football’s best player in Neymar. He’s not only a top-notch footballer, but he brings unparalleled star power to the team, which will draw more fans and money into Parisian coffers. Plus, when you have that much talent on your roster at every position (goalkeeper included), you’re going to win.
Bayern Munich
This football club from Germany has been around since 1900 and is one of the best clubs in Europe. Bayern Munich is arguably one of if not the most prestigious and successful football clubs worldwide, thanks to its history and consistent success both domestically and internationally.
Juventus
What a year it has been for Juventus! They really haven’t had much competition in Serie A, and their 16–0 victory over Empoli was an emphatic confirmation of that. But despite such dominance domestically, what makes Juve truly special is how well they have done in Europe. It’s been nine years since they last won the Champions League (and almost as long since they lifted UEFA Cup), but it seems like that could all change next season.

Atletico Madrid finished a creditable 4th in La Liga last season, claiming UEFA Champions League football once again. With Antoine Griezmann departing for Barcelona, Diego Simeone will be relying on young talent like Thomas Lemar and Joao Felix to help the Los Colchoneros challenge once more.
Borussia Dortmund
Located in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Based on the 2011–12 season performance, Borussia Dortmund is a top ten best football team in the world club. They have won four German football championships, three DFB-Pokals, one UEFA Champions League, and one Intercontinental Cup; they have also appeared in two UEFA Cup finals and made two appearances in both European and domestic cup competitions. Borussia Dortmund’s first appearance on the European stage was back in 1966.
