Top Summer fruits have many medicinal properties

Many juicy fruits are available during hot season. This fruit is used in various functions of the body besides meeting the lack of water in our body. Mango, jackfruit, jam, palm shell, litchi, bangi, watermelon, jamrul etc. are available at this time.

* Mango

Mango is called the king of fruits for its taste and quality. Rich in carotene, this fruit keeps skin smooth, hair shiny and eye healthy. It contains vitamin A, C, sugars, potassium. As the mango ripens, it becomes full of sugar. That is, glucose, fructose and sucrose are more abundant. Its calories depend on the size of the mango. A medium sized mango contains about 50-100 calories. This fruit keeps the body cool. As it contains a lot of fiber, it works well on the digestive system. Constipation is removed as a result. Those who have high potassium in their blood should eat mangoes knowing their quantity. If diabetes is under control, you can eat two medium-sized mangoes a day. But not together. There is no harm in eating mangoes for heart patients. This fruit is quickly digested and absorbed. That is why it is good to give mangoes to small children. Mango increases immunity. Raw mangoes are high in sugar and pectin. Raw mangoes taste sour due to gallic acid.

* Jackal

Jackfruit is a very energizing fruit. It is high in sugar. People with low weight and weak health will benefit from eating jackfruit. It is juicy, tasty and fibrous. It keeps skin and hair healthy thanks to its anti-oxidants. It is also rich in calcium. Ripe jackfruit and jackfruit seeds are nutritious and tasty. It contains 4700 micrograms of carotene. Jackfruit-muri is a very delicious and healthy breakfast for breakfast and afternoon.

* Jam

Jam juice has some astringency. Acidic fruit juice contains a special enzyme. Which is unsuccessful in raising skin spots. Jam is useful in anemia as it is high in iron. Along with other minerals, it contains high levels of oxalic acid and should not be eaten if you have kidney stones. Also, jam is a stimulant and should be consumed in limited quantities by hypertensive patients. Ripe jam juice keeps the stomach and liver healthy. Meanwhile, because the amount of organic acid is high, gas is generated in the stomach and the stomach feels heavy. Flowers, fruits, leaves, bark, roots are all used in herbal medicine. Jamer Bichi powder helps to lower sugar levels in diabetic patients.

* Palm shells

It is juicy, delicious and cold. It brings a cooling sensation to the body and fills the lack of water in the body. Since it is low in sugar and calories, there is no restriction to eat it in diabetes. It is a fruit rich in antioxidants and calcium. Palm oil maintains youthfulness by preventing cell damage. Maintains good dental health and prevents bone loss. Palm oil can remove the redness that occurs on sunburned skin. Besides, it heals the wounds caused by chicken pox and removes pox scars. It boosts immunity.

* Lychee

It is a thirst quencher. Keeps the body cool and fresh. Protects liver and brain. Regulates blood pressure, reduces fat content in blood. Rich in anti-oxidants, litchi contains a good amount of calcium.

* Bangi

This fruit is very sweet with yellow carotene. Bungi juice reduces weight. Because it is low in calories. Eating a little fills the stomach. Bungi prevents inflammation of urine and bladder. Bangi is effective in constipation, acidity and peptic ulcer. It is fibrous and keeps the skin healthy. It contains vitamin A, folate, potassium and a small amount of protein and vitamin C. Bungee improves gut health, lowers body temperature, relieves fatigue, lowers blood pressure and risk of stroke, and prevents bone loss.

* Watermelon

Watermelon contains two amino acids. One is L-arginine and the other is L-citrulline. They reduce high blood pressure and bring it back to normal. Watermelon is low in calories, but high in nutrients. It contains iron, lycopene, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium. Watermelon is good for anemia and night blindness. Reduces urinary irritation, i.e. urinary tract infections. Watermelon juice also helps in keeping the kidneys strong. Repeated administration of watermelon juice to a typhoid patient reduces fever. Lycopene helps prevent cancer. It keeps the body cool, relieves fatigue, increases appetite and improves blood circulation in the body. It also reduces muscle pain and inflammation, hydrates the body and brightens the skin. Watermelon juice can replenish the water that is lost from the body due to continuous sweating. It is not advisable to cut watermelon and leave it outside for a long time as the temperature inside the watermelon helps the growth of bacteria.

* Jamrul

The color and shape of this fruit is very beautiful. It is juicy and nutritious. It has more water content so it is low in calories and sugars. For this, jamrul can be eaten more in diabetes. It helps to reduce sodium in the blood if sodium is increased. It is rich in fiber and aids in digestion.

All summer fruits are nutritious. Rich in fiber and antioxidants. They are of some use in the body. For this reason, it is better to keep one or two fruits in the food list every day.
