TOP Stretching For Health

Lack of flexibility now appears to be a major cause of general health problems and sports injuries, and is linked to everything from stress. Back pain, even osteoarthritis. It also means that chronic injuries, especially near your joints, take longer to heal.

Recent research indicates that up to 60 percent of people with bad back and knee have strong muscles and hips, and that the main cause is a lack of flexibility.

One Active Extension (AI)

The Olympians had been using Active-Isolated Stretching (AI) for about 10 years, but recently it was introduced to the public.

I have used this procedure for my clients for a long time now with great success, while adding a refreshed life and spring to tired muscles. AI stretching prevents injury, as regular stretching can cause real injuries such as muscle spasms and tears.

AI extensions do what extensions should be done; it delivers oxygen to the aching muscles and quickly removes toxins to speed up recovery. It also acts as a deep exfoliation because it activates muscle fibers during real stretching.

How to Expand

Before stretching, wear loose clothing and try to find a five-foot-long rope and tie a loop at the end. The purpose of this is to attach the end of the cord near the exercise appendage to press the last few inches of extension from the exercise.

Find a comfortable place to stretch your bed, carpet floor or mat.

Divide the muscle or group you want to stretch and hold the opposite muscles. This causes the separated muscles or group to relax more quickly and when ready is ready to stretch.

Gently and quickly stretch the separated muscles until you can stretch; now pull them neatly by hand or with a rope. Go as far as you can and hold the stretch for no more than 2 seconds and then release, doing this total of 5 repetitions in a single muscle or group.

The reason for the 2-second extension is because when the muscle realizes that it is being forced to stretch, it holds contracts to protect itself from the extension.

If you can hit this summary, you will be on your way to the great Range of Motion.

Remember to hold for no more than 2 seconds, release, return to normal and repeat 5 repetitions. Try to have no doubts between stretching and make it as liquid as possible. Try to stretch every day if possible, remember:

 Work one muscle at a time.

 Combine the opposite muscle with the target muscle, which will rest in preparation for its stretching.

 Stretch gently and quickly.

 Release it before it realizes that it has been extended and enters its protective summary.

Below are two exercises that can be done quickly even while you are at work to relieve that stress and stress in your body.

1. Lie on the floor with your hips against the wall and your legs straight against the wall. Slightly bend your toes on your knees, hold for two seconds and repeat five times. This will loosen your lower back and stretch the hamstrings and hips to provide quick relief for a tired back.

This work can be done while in the office whenever you begin to feel that stress and tension is growing.

2. Sit on a chair and place one leg straight, bend your toes towards your knee, now lean on that foot, stretch your arms towards it and let your head and shoulders follow, hold for two seconds and repeat five times. This will create the right stretch across your lower back and neck.

The flexible body states:

 It works very well

 Easily trained for strength and endurance

 Enjoys a range of additional movements

 It stays balanced easily and is prone to injury

 She recovers from exercise very quickly, and she feels better.
