Q & A Of Steel Silo Roll Forming Machine
What steel grade is best for silo panels?
Galvanized steel (SGCC/DX51D) is most common due to corrosion resistance. For harsh environments, stainless steel (304/316) or aluzinc-coated steel is recommended.
Can it make bending?
We have two types of machine: one is to make the forming, punching , bending and cutting in one line. The other type is to make the bending separately. The customer can choose the suitable solution according to their requirement.
How thick can the steel be processed?
Standard machines handle 0.4mm–1.2mm. For thicker steel (up to 2.0mm), we provide heavy-duty models.
What’s the power requirement?
Typically 15kW–30kW, 380V/3-phase (customizable for local voltage).
Is training provided for machine operation?
Yes! We offer on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting manuals. Remote support is also available.
Can the machine emboss logos or textures?
Yes! We integrate embossing rollers for branding or anti-slip patterns.
