What material thickness can you work?
We have many types of slitting lines: 1) Heavy gauge slitting line: can slit the material thickness up to 16mm; 2) Light duty slitting line: can work the steel coil thickness up tp 6mm. Please check the above specifications to choose the suitable slitting lines.
What is the line speed?
We have two types of slitting line: Normal speed and high speed. Normal spee line with workig speed approx. 40 meters per minute. High speed line with working speed Max. 120meters per minute. The customer can choose the suitable line according to production capacity requirement.
What types of materials can be processed in a slitting line?

What is the difference between slitting line and cut to length line?
CR slitting machine uses rotary knives to make continuous longitudinal cuts, producing multiple narrow coils.
Cut to length line cuts metal sheets into smaller pieces (e.g., blanks or sheets) rather than coils.
Can a slitting line handle different thicknesses of steel coils?
Yes, slitting lines are adjustable to process various thicknesses. Each line can slit a thickness range in one line, such as 0.3~3.0mm, 1.0~4.0mm. etc.
