Self-esteem is something we have to strive for. This is when you know yourself and be who you really are. You need to have a very accurate picture of your size, shape, and density. Can you see yourself just the way you are today? Then, you will accept yourself, even if you are overweight or obese. You have to believe in yourself and love yourself while still striving for something better. Suppose you have a positive body image and don't waste time worrying about food, weight, calories, exercise, etc.).Be proud of who you are, and it makes you feel comfortable in your own body. 

A lot of people suffer from eating disorders lack self-esteem. Instead, they have a very distorted view of how they see themselves. Here are six ways to create a positive body image for yourself. 

1. Make a list of people you follow. Write down why you are enjoying every person. When you write the function you need, you need to pay attention to what you're writing about.
