Top Seven Tips For A Long And Healthy Life

As good as modern medical technology, is, it can never save you from problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Instead of taking a modern medicine for every problem, it is far better to live in such a way that you rarely get sick.

An ounce of prevention is certainly better than a pound of cure. Here are seven tips  how to live a long and healthy life. Apart from this, the same lifestyle that helps you to reduce disease also helps you to lose weight.

(i). Get Enough Exercise

In the past, people had to use their physical bodies in the course of their normal work. But today one can get up, go to work in the car, then sit down, get up in the car to go home and sit again for the rest of the day when they get home. There is no physical, labor in such a life. This physical inactivity is one of the main causes, of many diseases. Sports, running if our normal work does not require us to work physically, then walking and other things should be included in our life.

(ii). Fall asleep when you're sleepy

It may sound simple, but many people wake up late, even when their body is telling them it's time to sleep. Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is much better to sleep at night and be active during the day. However, people like, students will drink coffee and stimulants to study till late at night. Others develop a habit of being active at night and sleep during the day. While we do this, it ultimately takes a toll on health. Alternative health doctors say that this kind of unnatural living is one of the factors leading to cancer and other diseases.

(iii). Eat When You're Hungry

This too is a simple idea, but once again we often go against the messages of the body. If you eat at certain times of the day out of habit or due to social pressure, even when you are not really hungry, you will not be able to digest your food properly. Acidity and indigestion are triggered, and this increases the chances of other complex diseases taking root. Feeling hungry is indeed a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry, then you should wait for a while and then eat. (If you do not feel hungry even after waiting for a reasonable, time, then you should consult a doctor as something is wrong.)

(iv). Faster on a regular, systematic basis

If you ask someone to work 365 days per year without any rest, they will complain and say that they should take some rest or else they will break. But we never bothered to ask or think about our digestive organs, which we are forced ourselves to work day after day without rest. They may not protest the way a person does to their boss, but they signal to us that they can't work non-stop. When we ignore those signals and still force ourselves to work, those organs break down. That is why it is necessary to eat from time to time. Avoid eating for a whole, day. It makes relaxes your digestive organs and also helps in eliminating waste from your body. Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual, or spiritual pursuits. Fasting is not for sadhus in a cave, but is a sensible practice that can be practiced by everyone

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for the maintenance of health. If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, hands, eyes, feet, mouth, ********) with cold water before sleeping, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep Will do

Your body is connected to your mind. More diseases of this age are psychosomatic. Stress and anxiety, take a toll on our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of your life. Learn a simple technique and practice it daily.
