For best results, these soft sweets should be stored at temperatures ranging  -27 °C, with a relative humidity of 45-40%. Third, we look at sweets that contain most of the other ingredients, rather than focusing too much on sugar. Caramel is best at temperatures ranging  -27 °C, and chocolates are best at a temperature  -18 °C, with a relative humidity of 50%.
