Top News In Justice League: Cosmic Chaos is an Open World Game With Co-Op

A new video game is on its way for DC fans as Justice League: Cosmic Chaos, an open-world game with co-op play, was recently announced. Outright Games, a family video game publisher, just announced the title and revealed co-op capability in the announcement. The publisher is not unfamiliar with creating children's games based on Superheroes, such as PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night. In addition, The League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypton and Ace displays the publisher's experience with DC content. Justice League: Cosmic Chaos was first teased by Outright Games at the end of its OG Unwrapped 2022 video on May 19. Unite against chaos, in an all-new open world adventure where the Justice League go head-to-head with Mr. Mxyzptlk, a powerful prankster from the 5th Dimension. Suit up as Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman and go face off against some of the most powerful Super-Villains in the DC universe; including Pizarro, Starry the Conqueror, Clay face and many more in an epic battle to bring peace to Happy Harbor. DC’s Justice League: Cosmic Chaos gives you the freedom to play your way in action-packed missions, grueling fights and daring challenges! Fly around Happy Harbor as Superman or propel yourself through the sky as Wonder Woman, the choice is yours! Use each Super Hero to help solve puzzles, defeat enemies, and unlock cool outfits and special upgrades. Play with friends or family in 2 player couch co-op Instant Action Mode and have the freedom to explore Happy Harbor, the home of the Justice League. The trailer gives players a look at this action game and hints at the abilities that Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman will have in their journey to save Happy Harbor from Mr. Mxyzptlk, a “trickster from the 5th Dimension.” He has summoned Starry to keep the heroes busy while he runs the town as mayor. It also supports up to two-player local co-op, as seen in the footage. Cosmic Chaos is surprisingly an open-world title, but it’s not yet clear how open it is or what kind of optional objectives players can tackle. The previous teaser also had Aquaman, Green Lantern, Cyborg, and The Flash, yet this gameplay trailer didn’t focus on any of them. Outright Games mentioned that players can “also interact” with those characters, including Cyborg who was briefly in the gameplay section of the trailer, so it doesn’t seem like they’ll be playable. Outright Games’ Justice League game didn’t even have a title when it was announced in May. The family friendly game not only now has an official name, but also a gameplay trailer and release date. Justice League: Cosmic Chaos is coming out on March 10, 2023, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox X|S, and PC. One of the first villains that the Justice League fought against together in The Brave and the Bold No.28 in 1960, Starry the Conqueror, the mind controlling alien, wreaks havoc across the town. Players will face action-packed missions and must defeat hordes of enemies using each hero’s unique abilities, from Superman’s Heat Vision and Super Breath to Wonder Woman’s Truth’s Pull, to restore peace. Fly, lasso, and flip across Happy Harbor to complete puzzles and unlock outfits and special upgrades to customize the DC Super Heroes in this colorful open-world adventure. Players can also interact with other Justice League members Green Lantern, Cyborg, The Flash, and Aquaman who make cameos throughout the game.
