Most people with children have either experienced it themselves or know someone with children who has encountered negative content (either innocently or intentionally). Kid Safe Browser is designed to give parents a say in what their kids watch. Parents are provided with tools to remove or add (pre-approve) websites they deem appropriate or inappropriate.

One very important and meaningful benefit for you and your family is the educational aspect of Kid Safe Browser. The company's management is committed not only to protecting children with technology, but also to offering educational messages that teach children how to be responsible and safe surfers on the web.
This educational messaging is a really powerful feature that we have found with TIKI, and we have not found any other internet filter or parental control software that also offers the educational aspect.
Kid Safe Browser allows access to thousands of pre-approved (teacher and parent) sites to surf (NASA, Nickelodeon, Disney, etc.). If a child tries to go to a site that has not been pre-approved, the browser will display a message that reads: "This site is not on the 'Approved List'."
Parents can then decide whether the page is acceptable to their child and choose to add it if it meets their consent. There is also an "Internet Protection Lockdown" feature that prevents the user from leaving the Kid Safe Browser and entering another browser (AOL, Netscape, IE, etc.) that allows access to potentially controversial websites.
Another concern for parents is that they may receive unsolicited emails (spam). As part of TIKI membership, children have a secure and spam-free e-mail account. Since each browser has its own (themed) animated talking Internet Guide, (Noah's Net Browser has Noah - Mind stein Browser has Professor Mind stein) Parents can dictate some of the things the Internet Guide will pop up and say; "Mandy - did you feed Fido today?" "Billy, your mom loves you so much!"
Kid Safe Browser is easy to use for the most part. Most of the time, your kids will love the talking animated characters; many games that are part of the software and homework pages that make it easier to keep up with schoolwork.
