It includes thorough analyses of policieslargely based on the UNESCO Higher Education Policy Observatory—a global platform that covers almost 150 countries and incorporates over 50 policy measuresAdditionally, the report leverages extensive higher education statistics from the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS).


The report provides crucial insights to enhance higher education policies and frameworks as the global community approaches the concluding years of the SDG 4 timeline and begins to formulate the post-2030 agenda.
