Always choose blueberries that look firm and free from moisture, since the presence of moisture will cause them to spoil. Store within the fridge where they are going to keep, although they’re best if consumed within a couple of days.
How to preserve
Before freezing them spread the berries out on a baking sheet and place within the freezer until it has frozen. Once frozen, put them in a plastic bag for the storage containers. Frozen blueberries may lose their texture over other fresh berries, but the flavor still remains good.
