When the pain radiates from the waist to the thigh, knee or leg, it is called sciatica. Many patients also report tingling, chewing feet. Sciatica occurs from PLID and lumbar spondylolisthesis. These patients experience more pain in the legs than in the back. The pain is aggravated by standing, bending forward, or walking.
Most neck and back pain has a very common cause. But this common pain puts people in dire straits—many become bedridden or unable to perform normal activities. So neck and back pain is not a matter of neglect. If this pain is not eliminated at the initial stage, the patient may suffer a lot and may even end up on the operating table.
As can be seen from the structure of the waist, the waist is made up of five bones of the spine. Between every two bones is a disc like a palm. The nerves that exit the spinal cord or spinal cord, exit through the holes made up of bones and discs and spread to the waist, hips and legs. In addition to these bones and discs, the waist has many muscles and ligaments. So when any one of these is imbalanced, back pain occurs.
Lumbar spondylosis and PLID are among the causes of back pain. This is referred to by various terms as decay, growth, or voiding. All three things are one.
Osteoporotic back pain usually peaks around age 40. However, PLID or low back pain due to muscle tension can occur at any age. It largely depends on the patient's work style, diet, body composition and weight and even genetic factors. People who do heavy work or sit all day and who are overweight are more likely to suffer from back pain than others.
Pain relievers can provide temporary relief from neck or back pain. But long-term use of painkillers can cause serious side effects. And painkillers cannot eliminate the cause of neck or back pain. Physiotherapy does not cause side effects and eliminates the cause of pain.
Hot heat, mild traction, and even the unscientific non-medical treatment called Cerazem are being called physiotherapy by many. So patients should be very aware. The main part of physiotherapy is diagnosis. Physiotherapy treatment will not be useful if the problem cannot be determined in which part of the body. Physiotherapy doctor must make correct diagnosis and treat accordingly, only then this treatment will work.
