Chest Enlargement; Affordable Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in the Philippines
Breast augmentation, technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure that enhances a woman's breast size and shape using a breast implant (silicon or saline). The procedure also improves breast contour and volume after pregnancy. Breast implants are made of silicon gel or saline inside a silicon shell. Breast implants are different from silicon oil. Most Plastic Cosmetic Surgeons around the world do not make silicon breast oil injections to improve breast size and volume. This surgical procedure is rejected by many local and international surgeons, as the result is unpredictable and is associated with many complications such as extrusion, skin necrosis and infection. Patients should not allow themselves to undergo this procedure, as the risk of unwanted complications is very high and the outcome is deteriorating or unpredictable. Many surgeons use a Breast Implant made of non-toxic, non-allergenic, teratogenic and biocompatible compounds in human tissues and thus have a lower risk of any unwanted and predictable side effects.

In the past, especially in the late 70's and early 80's many medical conditions such as breast cancer and autoimmune disease, were negatively associated with the use of silicon implants. For this reason the US Food and Drug Administration regulated the use of silicon breast implants for cosmetic breast procedures until as late as mid-2007. After a thorough clinical trial involving more than a thousand more breastfeeding women, a silicon breast implant was discovered. does not cause any serious illness or breast cancer or any other autoimmune disease. For this reason the US - FDA has approved the use of silicon implants in the cosmetic breast procedure.
There are 2 basic types of breast implants, saline or silicon implants. The installation is made of an outer layer coated with silicon shell. This shell contains salts (liquid) or silicon (compound gel). It is wise for each patient to discuss the pros and cons of each type of implant with his or her surgeon before finalizing his or her decision.
I do my breast augmentation procedure under deep sleep with local nerves or normal nerves. The procedure can be performed as an outpatient surgery or the patient can be admitted or confined for a day or two to the hospital, depending on the surgeon and the patient's will. Weather procedure will be performed As an Outpatient or as a hospital procedure, a pre-surgery laboratory and treatment permit are required. Surgery usually takes one to two hours to complete. Breast implants can be inserted through a cut on the armpit or curvature of the breast or the areolar border. Each cut area has its ups and downs regarding scar cosmesis and nipple sensation. And between the three cuts the transaxillary tract has an excellent cosmesis scar as it is hidden and the nipple sensor is well preserved. But it is good for the patient to continue discussing this issue if panic becomes a major concern. After the procedure there will be swelling and soft bruises that last a few days to a few weeks and this is a temporary change. The patient is required to wear a breast binder for 3 to 6 weeks. This will hold the implant in place during the healing process and help control inflammation. Sutures are removed after 7 to 10 days.
Any patient planning to undergo this procedure will need 10 to 14 days for initial consultation, laboratory, medical clearance, surgery; follow-up, suture removal and timely recovery. After this patient is safe to walk as the wounds are dry and cool.
