Kangana Ranaut
Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar are the 'Most Discussed Enemies' of the Bollywood industry. None of the above can stand each other. Kangana once appeared at Karan's talk show and insulted him brutally. She tagged him as the Flag Bearer Of Nepotism, and this insult did not go down well with Karan. The filmmaker tried to destroy her career but was unsuccessful. She stood for what was right. She was also seen posing Karan in The Kapil Sharma Show.
Priyanka Chopra
Desi girl, who is now a global icon, once faced the threat of Karan Johar as he tried to destroy her career. There was a time when Priyanka and Shahrukh Khan were in the affair, and when Gauri, Shah Rukh's wife, came to know about this, she was crazy. Then Karan, along with his other friends in the industry, banned Priyanka Chopra from getting movies. He himself accepted the fact that he tried to down the career of Priyanka, and later, he apologized to her for doing so as he was unsuccessful in executing his evil plan. Priyanka Chopra worked hard, and she never needed to look back on her career.
Shushant Singh Rajput
The late Bollywood actor was an outsider in the industry, and as we know, Karan Johar can't stand outsiders. Karan only has good relations with star kids. Karan Johar tried to sabotage his shining career. He wanted to kick Shushant out of Drive(one of Shushant's films) and wanted to cast a Star kid, but Shushant was not ready to leave the film. Karan did not like Sushant's adamant nature, and he stopped the theatrical release of Drive and released it on the OTT platform. Later, he and his other friends from the industry banned Sushant from many big production houses, and Sushant was left with no work.
Ayushmann Khurana 
Ayushman Khurana is now present among the successful actors of the industry. There was a time when Ayushman Khurana's career was harmed over by none other than Karan Johar. During his audition days, Ayushman requested Karan to allow him for one audition in Dharma Productions. Karan gave Ayushman his office number. When Ayushman called for many times at the office, the staff told him that Dharma production only gives work to stars. When Ayushman discussed this with Karan, the filmmaker said he should be thankful that Karan gave him at least the right phone number.
Anushka Sharma
Anushka Sharma is undoubtedly one of the most talented actresses of Bollywood. But during her struggling days, Karan Johar tried to end her career even before her debut. Karan declined when Aditya Chopra told Karan that he would be casting Anushka as the female lead in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Karan Johar advised Aditya Chopra to cast a star kid and not an outsider like Anushka, with plain looks. Karan himself admitted that he hated Anushka back then and was not happy with Aditya Chopra's choice.
Manoj Bajpai
One of the immensely talented actors, Manoj Bajpai, admitted that he faced Nepotism in Bollywood because of Karan Johar. Being a talented actor, Manoj never did any films under Dharma Productions, and he struggled a lot to achieve ultimate success in Bollywood as an outsider. He fought against the odds and made his reputation in the industry.
Prabhas
Prabhas doesn't like Karan Johar because of some serious and personal issues. During the release of Saaho, Karan was spreading rumors about Prabhas and Anushka Shetty. Prabhas blamed Karan for spreading the rumors and negative publicity when his first Bollywood film was released. Now both the actor are not on good terms.
