Top Best Ways To Lose Belly Fat, According To Doctor

A lot of people are now making a living by creating, sharing and selling their own digital media on Instagram. The platform has become a phenomenal venue for establishing yourself and your business as your own brand in the digital world. But how did it all start?

I've always been a fan of Instagram. I've always felt that it wasn't hype. It's actually pretty awesome. (You can learn more about what has made Instagram so cool )  Instagram is a photo-sharing social media platform which lets you post photos or short videos of your life on the internet. As a result, your photos are seen by hundreds or even thousands of people. However, there are some things that you need to watch out for when using Instagram as a business tool.

In fact, you'd be surprised at just how many people work from home and make their living from selling digital media on Instagram .

The first step for you to take is to take a step back and look at your life. Ask yourself how you spend your day. Chances are, if you're not spending a lot of time behind a keyboard or photo-editing app, then that means there might be something more meaningful in your life to do.

Before you start taking photos, it would help greatly if you have the right equipment with some amazing features. For example, shooting outdoor pictures is hard if your camera isn't equipped with lenses that can lock-in on the target and keep it in focus. A wide angle lens does just that!

Another big issue with shooting outdoors is having the right lighting. With just a smartphone, it's hard to get the kind of lighting you'd need for a photo.

The most important thing when taking pictures outside is to have a good camera on hand. If you're not sure what kind of camera to buy, we recommend a GoPro or a DSLR or both. You can then use one or the other depending on what kind of photo you want to take.

When it comes to your business, Instagram is a great venue for establishing yourself as your own brand in the digital world and making money from it.

The American Council on Exercise says that some of the best ways to lose belly fat are by doing moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for two hours a week, and doing strength training for two or more days a week. In addition, they recommend eating high-fiber foods and plenty of water each day.

Since there's no one-size-fits all approach to losing belly fat, the council recommends combining different approaches to find what works best for you.

Experts at Mayo Clinic also recommend making lifestyle changes — such as reducing your daily intake of beverages with added sugars.

According to Gudrun Busch, PhD. "Exercise may be the single most important tool for losing weight and keeping it off."

Model and actress Tatjana Patitz, who is five feet eleven inches tall, achieved a size sixteen dress size by doing aerobics daily. She used to weigh 245 pounds but now has a weight of 135 pounds.

Note that the following sumo wrestlers were not effective bodybuilders:

In his early career as a bodybuilder, Arnold Schwarzenegger worked out in a small town gym. He weighed 129 lbs at the time. He said that it hurt him so bad to sit on the bench pressing machines that he would sometimes ignore them for hours and just do floor exercises with dumbbells instead.

In a time when bodybuilders were more likely to be freakishly muscular than they are today — when the sport was less popular and much harder to pay their way into — some of them suffered from acromegaly, a disease which causes gigantism.

The condition causes the pituitary gland to secrete excessive growth hormone, which in turn causes bones to grow larger and muscles to increase in size and number. In the case of sumo wrestlers, their large size actually made it possible for them to stand up after falling onto their backs on the practice floor.

All of the following sumo wrestlers have died due to health complications due to acromegaly:

Nobuyoshi Chono (1988)

Yoji Anjoh (1992)

Masanobu Kurisu (2008)

Hideki Kuroda (2008)

Tony Martin was a classical bodybuilder. He weighed around 410 lbs at the age of 17, and was able to bench press over 500 lbs.

Later, he lost 400 of that weight but still maintained his strength, maintaining a 290 lb bench press at the age of 23.

Athletes who are extremely muscular may face several problems in life.
