Top Affiliate Websites
As a blogger, I can’t tell you how many Affiliate programs I’ve participated in. So, while we all know that affiliate marketing is great for bloggers and websites it’s important to remember there are some top affiliate networks I’m not sure about. The website I like the most, as far as affiliate marketing goes, is Clickbank. But before I go into these websites, let’s talk about affiliate marketing first.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is an online advertising program, where brands pay small retailers or other businesses, a commission whenever they link to their site. This link often referred to as an “affiliate link” is the one to click when someone enters any URL into your homepage. Many of us use this one to promote products, services, content, and more. It basically allows the user to have access to your web page for free. You can also refer other visitors to your website and earn a referral fee if they buy. Now, if you have a business and want to start selling your own product, then you need to consider getting started with affiliate marketing. In my opinion, this is the best way to get traffic to your website because it doesn’t really require much effort or investment on your part.

In affiliate marketing, you pay money to websites or advertisers who add their links to their own sites. When people visit those sites and click the links, they earn money. The commission paid to the advertiser is called the affiliate marketing price and is sometimes known as CPA (cost per action). They’re interested in earning commissions when their users click on a link on their website.

So, if you’ve created an eCommerce store or even just run an online business, then why not link up with affiliate marketing. Just think about it: If you’re making a sale and there’s someone at checkout wanting more, than, what do you do to get that extra money back? Instead of waiting for them to come back and ask for more when they don’t have enough for your product or service, why not give them an incentive to purchase your product in exchange for an extra commission. That will always beat the competition. And why would you spend time thinking about something you can easily take off your plate and make your own and then wait for someone else to do it for you? Well, believe me, I personally feel that this method is the most effective. You only pay once someone has clicked on your ad; you only receive when someone buys, and you only be paid through PayPal once you send them a check or money order. That’s essentially everything you ask for because not everyone has a bank account, credit card, or debit card, so you need to understand the customer journey and give them the information they need when they first want to purchase your product or service.

Let me explain why this works:

Affiliate marketers usually create a webpage on their website called “Shop with Us”. Here they list items that are available for sale, such as Amazon products, books, courses, and more. These are then linked back to their home page by showing them related articles and keywords. Customers like seeing these links and clicking pasting the product names to their shopping cart. Some people then find out about these deals that are new to the item. Then, when they make another sale or decide to purchase their item again, they find out about better prices or coupons to help offset what they spent on that purchase.

This process works because customers trust that the brand is trustworthy and reliable with the product/service that they’re purchasing. So, when they shop with you they know that the website will look at the reviews and comments left by others, that they can trust and believe in themselves but also the honesty and quality of the creator’s work. So, by creating a website page in which you post reviews of your product or service, you build credibility and trust in your followers and customers, which increases sales.

The issue there is that many times in our daily lives, we get the feeling that we aren’t getting the value we expect from our payment companies because we are too quick to switch off our email notifications on Facebook or Google. We don’t want to put our personal information on the computers or servers that host our bank accounts, so we turn to the internet for quick cash and instant payments. What are their interests in helping us obtain financial rewards? Our emails and social media feeds are full of promotional offers and discounts that we can’t possibly pass up. While we may love the rewards, it isn’t nearly worth it to hold them over a screen for hours while we await a reply from a person on the other side of the world. Let’s change course and say that we could make friends or acquaintances who had a few offers and receive a reward from them. Or maybe we could join a loyalty program or a rewards program where they reward customers with points if they spend as much money as they pay and spend wisely and consistently. By participating and investing in programs like these and continuing to invest you’ll soon be rewarded for years to come, and that’s something that you cannot afford to miss.
