What can a person with ADHD for Adults with many good ideas do? I have ADHD for Adults, and I have 10 great ideas a day, at least, a million dollar "ideas". How do I really do one of them and do something? I do not want to give up on myself. I love thinking about new ideas. It’s one of the best things I can do. I say, "Well, when I have a good idea, it's my job to find out how I can really get the best out of that idea, and apply it to what I'm working on — that is, working like THIS." This is something everyone with ADHD for Adults needs to train doing?. Here's how it works: Suppose I work on a website about Attention-Deficit Disorder. What if I have a good idea about a restaurant they should open in my hometown? I know it would be a good idea. Why not just go out and open a restaurant? Well, I don't really want to open a restaurant. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants, and I know I don’t want to deal with the restaurant business. First, it is boring, and boredom kills people with ADHD in Adults. But still, it is a good idea. So what I say to myself is, "What is so good about this idea, and how can I apply the essence of what is so good about this idea on my ADHD Adult website? Do you see how that works? Why am I so excited about this idea? ” In the case of the restaurant idea, the first idea was, "It would be nice to have a Mexican Restaurant here because it is not in town and everyone wants it." So, when I applied that concept to my current business, it was “What does everyone with ADHD Adults want to be given?” If I could get that, then I was ready.
