Top 8 things every woman should know about Breast Health

Awareness about Breast Health

I always endorse the care as the first step in precluding and treating health challenges. When it comes to breast health, it is important to undertake self-care frequently enough. It's great to see pink ribbons every place in October during Public Breast Cancer Awareness Month! If I had my want, every pink strip would carry a fresh important communication for women.

That communication would read, “You can ameliorate your breast health and reduce the threat of breast cancer right now with many simple life changes.” We may not be suitable to control, where we live or our inheritable threat factors-it’s true. Still, a growing body of exploration is showing us that women really can make a difference in their breast health through diet, exercise, and weight operation. These simple ways can help optimize your body’s hormonal balance and reduce the threat of developing breast cancer and give fresh health, anti-aging, and disease prevention benefits. We need to emphasize that everyone should be fastening on what we can control, not what we can’t.

Things to know about Breast Health.

  1.  We can estimate our hormone situations with a saliva test. The stylish way for pre-menopausal and post-menopausal women to know if their bodies have an imbalance of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone is to do a saliva test. Saliva testing is the most accurate and easy way to do this. You can visit this if you want to know more about saliva testing.
  2.  We can use bio-identical hormones if we need hormone supplementation. Bio-Identical means that the molecular structure of the hormones identically matches the hormones made by our body as opposed to Pregnant Mare’s Urine which is natural to nags, not humans. Check out more about bio-identical hormones.
  3.  As we know, alcohol, smoking, etc. are very injurious to our overall health, it can also have adverse effects on our breast health. We can change our habits by reducing alcohol consumption and quit smoking.
  4.  Our weight and activity level has a great impact on our health. We can manage our weight and exercise daily. Studies also show that maintaining a healthy, average weight is just as important in positively impacting the estrogen/ progesterone rate. Regular exercise is inversely important. On the other hand, high insulin situations, alcohol input, smoking, oral contraceptives, hormones from meat and meat products, fungicides, and dressings can swing this rate in the wrong direction.
  5. We should eat a balanced diet. Eat organic to avoid fungicides, dressings, and estrogens in meat and dairy products. Include one to three servings of vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage in your diet each day. Studies show that Indole 3 Carbinol, the active component, helps balance estrogen situations.
  6.  We Can condense wisely with EFA’s, essential adipose acids, and use a fruit and vegetable concentrate if you don't eat 5 – 8 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
  7. We can do BSE’s- breast tone examinations, getting more familiar with our own body. Here is all you need to know about breast examination.
  8.  We should know that having breasts different in size, one breast hanging lower than the other, having hair around your nipples, experiencing tender breasts during periods or after periods, etc. are absolutely normal. Whereas, if you notice any lump on your breast, swelling near breasts, chest or armpits, blood leaking from your nipples, etc. then you should see your doctor immediately.

Just like we care about other diseases, it is necessary to care about your breasts too. As they say, prevention is always better than cure, make sure you take enough care about your breasts in order to prevent breast cancer.
