Top 8 reasons to lose weight now

Obesity is the second leading cause of death after smoking. It is associated with an increased annual mortality rate, including children. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Obesity and obesity are often used differently. However, technically they refer to two different regions. Obesity means obesity. This includes all body tissues. Obesity, on the other hand, clearly refers to excess body fat, e.g., a heavyweight bodybuilder is overweight due to overweight but obese muscles. Obesity is what should be your concern. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

Reason  1 for weight loss

 Diabetes

It is well known that 80 - 90% of diabetic patients are overweight. Diabetes is the third leading cause of death and the leading cause of blindness in the world. One of the most direct causes of obesity is eating the wrong foods. Some of these unhealthy foods include high glycemic foods. A high glycemic diet is a powerful diet that quickly increases the blood glucose levels in your body after a meal. This results in a body that stores unnecessary sugar/energy in fats. This makes weight loss very difficult. The release of a hormone called insulin does this. Type 2 diabetes occurs because the body cannot produce enough insulin to excrete excess blood sugar and store it as body fat. This will happen after suppressing insulin production for some time. And that way, you end up fat and have diabetes.

Reason  2 for weight loss

 Stroke

Obesity is associated with arteriosclerosis, the formation of fatty deposits in your arteries. Vascular arteries include those that carry blood to the brain. When thickening occurs due to a small artery, it inhibits the brain's blood supply, leading to stroke. This slows blood flow and, among other things, increases the risk of high blood pressure. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

Reason # 3 for weight loss

 Cancer

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates between 25% - 33% of cancer worldwide, obesity, and malnutrition are related. Body fat apparently promotes higher levels of insulin production and more estrogen, a hormone. Both insulin and estrogen accelerate cell division.

As studies have shown, faster cells replicate themselves when they greatly increase the chances of cancer cell growth. The condition is exacerbated as the rapid cell-induced proliferation of cells leads to the rapid production of single cancer cells, which is why cancer grows rapidly. In addition, fat cells tend to store carcinogenic, cancer-causing agents, which are trapped in the body, increasing cancer risk.

The types of cancer that will be most at risk include: -

Breast cancer of the breast can occur in both men and women.

Colorectal cancer affecting the colon and rectum.

 Cancer outbreaks affecting prostate cancer.

 Endometrial cancer affecting the uterus.

 Esophageal cancer- affecting the esophagus.

 Kidney cancer, kidney cancer, etc.

Reason  4 for weight loss

 Respiratory problems

Obesity causes the lungs to become “small” in size and the chest wall difficult to lift while breathing inwards. The most common respiratory problem is sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a condition in which a person stops breathing while sleeping. The soft tissue in the throat falls around the airway, perhaps because of the weight blocking it. For obese sleep apnea, it can be tough with hypoventilation. Hypoventilation is the accumulation of toxic carbon dioxide levels (the gas we breathe) in the blood due to insufficient respiration. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

Reason  5 for weight loss

 Urinary Tract Disorders

This is unexplained urinary incontinence. Obesity can also contribute to urinary incontinence. A heavy stomach due to fat deposits can cause the bladder valve to weaken. The weight also puts pressure on the bladder, trying to excrete urine. This causes leaks of urine when you cough, sneeze or laugh. This is due to the small rest of the bladder lid, which often does not cause leakage. It can have the effect of wetting the bed at night. This particular problem can be an effective motivator for weight loss.

Reasons  6 for weight loss

 Varicose veins

Also known as Venous Stratis Disease. The leg and thigh muscles help the heart circulate large muscles in the body as much as possible. They play a key role in pumping blood back to the heart with the help of close valves to avoid recurrence. Pressure due to a large abdomen can increase the workload on the valves, in the end, causing damage. The ducts are damaged and allow blood to flow back due to gravity, causing high pressure on these arteries to lead to inflammation, firmness of the skin, and skin lesions.

Reason  7  for weight loss

BM

(Body Mass Index) and age together is the strongest indicators of the risk of high blood pressure or hypertension. At least a third of high blood pressure is related to obesity.

Reason  8 for weight loss

  Other Diseases

Other diseases that can occur due to obesity include;

  Gout

  Heart disease

  Back pain

  Osteoarthritis

  Rheumatoid Arthritis

  Gallstones

  Pregnancy problems such as

  Neural tube feature,

  Death before childbirth,

  Maternal high blood pressure,

  Pregnancy, diabetes, etc.

  Physical disability response

  Liver disease

  Pancreatitis

  Bad body odor

  Depression

Studies show that even an average weight loss of 10 pounds in overweight individuals greatly reduces the risk of developing these diseases.

Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Unfortunately, many fail at this healthy work. And it's all because of one thing; they do not have the right information about effective weight loss.
