Physical activity and exercise are extremely beneficial to your health. Daily physical activity has several physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Exercise can not only help you maintain a healthy weight or even lose weight, but it will also give you more energy, boost your mood, and make you feel better.

When you hear words like exercise, physical activity, nutrition, diet, and healthy eating, the first thing that comes to mind is probably weight reduction, but there's a lot more to it. More than just weight loss, a healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity and adequate nutrition is beneficial to your overall quality of life. Physical activity and proper diet are critical for maintaining a healthy body and mind.

 Overweight and obesity

 HIV/AIDS
