1. How much do you know about your body? Did you know our body emits light? But the light that emits, we can't see it with naked eyes because that light is 1000 times brighter than our visibility. And this process is known as Bioluminescence. This happened due to chemical reactions occur in our living cells. This phenomenon is discovered by a Japanese scientist group in 2009 with the help of a super-sensitive camera. These scientists also observe that the emission of light is highest from the human face.

2. You have noticed one thing that when we felt cold, we start to shivering. Do you know why this happened? Actually, our body aims to kept body temperature warm. Our normal body temperature is 37° C, and this temperature is controlled by a part of the brain called the Hypothalamus. Normally in the winter season, the temperature of the weather is shallow, so if we do not wear warm clothes, then we felt cold, and due to this, our body temperature also starts to decrease. The decreasing of body temperature detect by Hypothalamus, and it gives a signal to muscles that result in contraction or relaxation of muscles. That's why we start to shivering.

 

 

3. Do you know that when you sleep, many changes have occurred in your body. For instance, the increasement of body height. Before you went to sleeping check the measurement of your height, and when you wake up, immediately check the measurement of height. You will notice that your height is increased upto 1 inch. You thought that how has this happened? Actually, during the daytime, our spinal cord slowly - slowly compressed. This happened due to the gravitational force applied by the earth to our body. When we are in a sleeping position, the spinal cord decompresses and our body comes in its original form. Then, we again wake up; after 1-2 hours spinal cord compressed
