1-Biryani:

        In Pakistan, biryani is so cheap that everyone can afford this and can make it. But the actual taste is only in the hands of Pakistani food makers or Pakistani people. Although it is cheap, it has a very delicious taste that can melt everyone's heart on it.There are so many types of biryani like "Sindhi Biryani" , "Karachi Biryani","Ambur Biryani" and "Muton Biryani".
     Biryani is a mixture of rice, curry, spices, and meat(of any kind, mostly chicken). It can be served with salad, raita, and pickles.
It is a sweet dish, and one who eats it the first time wants to eat it every time with his food.


2-Paratha:

         Paratha is a ubiquitous dish in Pakistan and is considered the most critical component of food. It can be eaten in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Sometimes it is cooked as plain with ghee only, but If you want to eat something tasty in paratha, it also exists.
               Parathas are also of very types. They are all made by mixing other components in wheat or filling something in a paratha dough. Some famous types of paratha in Pakistan are "Muli Paratha," "Methi Paratha," "Gobi Pratha, "Lacha Paratha," and "Mixed Vegetable Paratha."
        It is commonly made plain because its primary purpose is to eat with curry, as there are also many types of curry in Pakistan.


3-Haleem:

          It is also a traditional food of Pakistan and is very good to eat as it has its benefits and taste.
It is also eat in a large amount in other countries as well. It is a mixture of boiled grains of mixed types.
         It can be eaten with Naan, Rice, and Chapatis and also with paratha. There are also many types of haleem, but officially, there are seven types of Haleem. The kind of haleem is based on meat, spices, and the quantity of wheat in the recipe.

 

4-Nihari:

         Nihari is an Indian dish, but as we know, Pakistan and India have been neighbors for so many years, so this recipe is also standard in Pakistan.
          It is served commonly in some events or gatherings of elders as children are not interested in it as older are. It is based on the Bone-meat of your meat type. Beef is best to make nihari. It is also considered the national food of Pakistan.

 

5- Samosa: 

     Samosa is like a snack in Pakistan, usually served with tea or made when it's raining. Samosa is filled up with a mixture of potatoes, Peas, Chicken pieces, and Keema.

     Samosa is a triangle-shaped snack that we cannot buy from supermarkets easily as it is fried in oil and then become able to eat. You can make it at home. It is a straightforward recipe, and there are so many different recipes of Samosa of all types but still not the same.
      Samosa is not available in Restaurants or supermarkets. But in Pakistan, we can eat in from local shops or can make at home.


4-Dahi Aloo Chana Chaat:

            It is a special dish for Pakistani and Asians. It is specially made on eid and unique festivals of Pakistani. It can be made by Mixing Boiled Potato salad in curd(Dahi). And then some spices over it your dish is ready to eat. You can also make chaat without adding curd to it. There are so many types of this chaat that are too simple but different from ingredients. 

          It is also considered a side dish in any event. Pakistani eat this food with honor, and its taste is delicious that if foreigners try this, they cannot forget its yummy taste and want to eat in their own country, but there are only a few countries that make these types of chaat.


3-Seekh kebab:

             Seekh kebab is made of Keema of any meat especially made of beef and mutton Keema. It is an exceptional Dish in Asia. It was served with Naan and Roti. Others are treated very well with this dish except those who have made them like we are always hungry for seekh kebab. It is served with raita.
     As it is said for those who avoid Seekh kebabs for their fitness:

                " Why have 'Abs' when having 'Kebabs.'"


 2-Chicken karahi:

        Chicken karahi is a ubiquitous dish in Pakistan made of curry and chicken pieces. It is a dish that no one can reject at Eat time. It is made by frying chicken and making curry next to it and then mixing up both these your chicken karahi is ready. It is mainly known for its spicy taste. But some types of karahi vary from each other. Chicken Karahi is served with Naan, Roti, and rice. This chicken can also be used for making chicken biryani as it is the main component of biryani.

 

1- Chapli kebab:

        It is the most eaten dish in Pakistan. It is made of ground beef or mutton. The shape of Chapli kebab is like a flat piece of ground meat. Its taste is on the top for those who like Chapli kebab. It is made in Pakistan with the same interest and love. This is available in every place like 5-star hotels.
It isn't easy to make them at home for those who don't know how to make it or are trying to make them the first time. It is not so much tricky or complicated but requires much time and strength. People go to eat them at hotels or can order them at home in Pakistan. Pakistani feel very proud to serve it to foreigners. Commonly it is done with salad, raita, and ketchup.
It can be eaten without any other dishes, but some also eat it with rice or Naan. 


Bonus:

       Naan is a very famous dish in Pakistan eaten with so many other words. Naan is necessary but cannot be made at home by everyone as it needs some oven-type machine to cook it. There are also types of naans in Pakistan like Aloo Wala Naan(Nann filled with potatoes inside it ) or many types. Naan is like Chapati that can eat with any delicious or straightforward dish. Pakistani are the best for making  Crispy Naan compared to other countries and is very cheap to buy.
