top 7 ways to loose weight fast

Healthy eating is one of the best things you can do to prevent and control health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer.

After having spent a good amount of time learning about nutrition and diet, I have noticed a pattern around people struggling to lose weight. Around 90% of the people I have given advice about this subject train really hard to lose weight but don’t follow a good, solid diet plan that supports their exercise regime!

Yes, you have heard it a million times before, training without a solid diet to support your training program will not resolve your problem of losing weight! Remember that when you train, you deliberately are breaking down the small muscle fibers in your muscles! This usually occurs very early on in your workout as your muscle tissue becomes depleted of its main energy source, glycogen. Without the right diet, your muscles can’t repair themselves because your body has no nutritional value to give! Diet and exercise go hand in hand!

Here are 7 helpful tips that have proven results and will make you reach your goal of losing weight:

1.

 Drink Coffee (Black)

Weird, isn’t it? The thing almost every person on earth drinks in the morning can help you lose weight!

Coffee has been unfairly demonized. Quality coffee is loaded with antioxidants and can have numerous health benefits.

Studies show that the caffeine in coffee can boost metabolism by 3–11% and increase fat burning by up to 10–29%,

Just make sure not to add a bunch of sugar or other high-calorie ingredients to your coffee. That will completely negate any benefits.

2.

 Cut Back on Added Sugar

Added sugar is one of the worst ingredients in the modern diet. Most people consume way too much.

Studies show that sugar (and high-fructose corn syrup) consumption is strongly associated with an increased risk of obesity, as well as conditions including type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

If you want to lose weight, cut back on added sugar. Just make sure to read labels, because even so-called health foods can be loaded with sugar.

3.

Go on a Low-Carb Diet

If you want to get all the benefits of carb restriction, then consider going all the way and committing to a low-carb diet.

Numerous studies show that such a regimen can help you lose 2–3 times as much weight as standard low-fat diet while also improving your health.

4.

Drink Water, Especially Before Meals

It is often claimed that drinking water can help with weight loss — and that’s true.

Drinking water can boost metabolism by 24–30% over a period of 1–1.5 hours, helping you burn off a few more calories.

One study showed that drinking a half-litre (17 ounces) of water about half an hour before meals helped dieters eat fewer calories and lose 44% more weight, compared to those who didn’t drink the water.

5.

Eat Spicy Foods

Chili peppers contain capsaicin, a spicy compound that can boost metabolism and reduce your appetite slightly.

However, people may develop tolerance to the effects of capsaicin over time, which may limit its long-term effectiveness.

6.

Blend, don't juice

“Instead of juicing in an effort to eat cleaner, make a smoothie.”

Juicing leaves important fibres and nutrients behind while blending includes the whole fruit or vegetable and includes the important nutrient that live right under the skin. Sweet potato smoothies for example gives you key nutrients like Vitamin A and energy for hours!

7.

Veggies are IMPORTANT

Try to eat meat as a side dish and have the veggies play a starring role on your plate. This will help trim down your dish while also boosting its nutritional value by adding more vitamins, minerals, fibres and all of the goodness that comes from picking produce.
