Seven Tips for a Long and Healthy Life No matter how good modern medical technology is, it can never save you from the problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. It is much better to live in such a way that you almost never get sick, than to find a modern medical solution for every problem. An ounce of prevention is definitely better than a pound of cure. Let's go through seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life. The same lifestyle that helps you ward off disease also helps you lose weight.
Tip 1; Get Enough Exercise; In the past, people had to use their physical bodies for their normal work. But today someone can get up and go to work in the car, then sit down, get up to drive home, and sit back for the rest of the day when they get home. We have no physical labor in such a life. This physical inactivity causes several diseases. If our normal work does not require physical exertion, walking and other things should be the part of our lives.
Tip 2; Go to sleep when you are sleepy ; This may sound simple, but many people stay up late even when their bodies tell them it's time to sleep. Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say it is better to sleep at night and be active during the day. However, people like students take coffee and stimulants to study until late at night. Others adopt a habit of keeping their self, active at night and sleeping during the day. Although we can do this, it will eventually harm health. Alternative health doctors say that this kind of unnatural living is one of the factors that contribute to the formation of cancer and other diseases.
Tip 3; Eat when you're hungry; This is also a simple idea, but once again we go against the body's messages. If you eat out of habit or social pressure at certain times of the day, you may not be able to digest your food properly, even if you don't have a real appetite. Acidity and indigestion begin, which adds to the likelihood of other, more complex diseases taking root. Having an appetite is actually a sign of good health, but if you don't have an appetite, you should wait a bit and then eat. (If you don't have an appetite even after waiting a reasonable amount of time, you should see a doctor because something is wrong.)
Tip 4; Fasting on a Regular, Systematic Basis; If you ask anyone to work 365 days a year without rest, they will complain and say that they need some rest, or they will break down. But we never deigned to question or think about our digestive organs, which we have to work without rest every day. They can't protest like a human does to their boss, but they give us signals that they can't work non-stop. When we ignore these signals and still force them to work, these organs break down. So this is why periodic fasting is essential. Avoid eating for a full day. This not only allows your digestive organs to rest, but also helps to remove waste from your body. Continuous fasting let a person gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits. Fasting is a sensible practice that can be practiced by anyone, not for the hermits in the cave.
Tip 5; Wash with cold water before going to bed; As stated above, proper sleep is essential for maintaining good health. If you wash your important motor and sensory organs (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, genitals) with cold water before going to sleep, this will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.
Tip 6; Arbitrate regularly;Your body is connected to your mind. Most of the diseases of this age are psychosomatic. Meditation is, among other things, a mental exercise that allows you to distract yourself from life's worries. Remember an easy technique and execute it on regular basis.
Tip7; Get up early every day; There's also an old adage, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise." I may not say exactly that how much it can make you rich, but it will really make you healthier. Your body requires sound sleep, neither too much nor too little. Adopt these tips, and you will never have any physical/fitness issues.
