Most of us associate Gujarat only with dhokla, khakhra, or Gujarati Thali, suitable for drool. But there is more to Gujarati food than that. North Gujarat, Kaccha, Kathiyawad, and Surti Gujarat are the four most significant areas of Gujarat, and each of these brings unique Gujarati cuisine.

Fafda crunchy, delicious chickpea flour, jalebi is a beautiful southern style pretzel made from wheat flour and sprinkled with sugar. Together, they are a game made in paradise. If you take a little thick, salty, and fire and eat it a little with a delicious, tasty jelly, you will surely be in the food paradise. Have a cold sore or whipped papaya chutney dry with this mixture, and your taste buds will relax in size. Equally all roads in Gujarat, esp. Ahmedabad has a store that offers this. There are large rows outside the farsan shops on Sundays, with a complimentary breakfast of this famous group.
