It can be either acute with severe attacks lasting a day or two, or chronic, with long term appetite loss or nausea. In many cases, the gastritis has no symptoms (asymptomatic). But, the common symptoms may include:

6. Feeling of fullness or burning in stomach

7. Blood in your vomit or stool. This is a sign that your stomach lining may be bleeding
