1.Choosing The Perfect Charcoal Grill
Everyone loves a good, old-fashioned coal painting. Apart from being cheaper than other flavors, it can add a raw flavor, different from your sausages, burgers, ribs, and other steamed items. Some people prefer charcoal grills over grills because they are easier to transport and safer to use than gas. While there are differences of opinion and preference between grillers, it remains that charcoal grills remain here. So be it a picnic or an outdoor grill, the coal grills will build their value in relief and reliability. When choosing charcoal grills, however, it pays to know your needs and the pros and cons of having such a grill over other grills available around you.
Cooking Space
First, you need to decide how much space you need to dig. You will do well enough with a 75 square-inch grill if you emphasize a small family of three. You will have to consider larger grills when cooking for more people. It makes no sense to bring a puny sub-75 inch grill to a large picnic. Remember that the size of your grill increases the number of items you can place on the grill clearly. Just looking at the grill will not give you a clear idea of how big the grill is. Some grills have a heated area that increases the apparent size of your grill.
Carrying
- Find grills with wheels
- Try to choose grills with ergonomic and functional components
- Reduce the risk of damaging your grill when moving
- Your grill should also withstand the rigors of outdoor use
- It doesn't pay to buy a grill looking grill - go for those who are long-lived and regular
Easy
Some charcoal grills come with their own spares. Try choosing optional grills. Some grills require a simple liquid to explode. With a built-in igniter, you will no longer need a simple liquid. On the other hand, you may want to avoid fluids that are quite simple. Some people do not like the taste and smell of this liquid that adds to the grill. If necessary, use alcohol instead. It is fresh and smells good, and does not ruin the taste of your food. Choose grills that allow you to access the ash pan easily. This makes cleaning the grill much easier. It also reduces the number of ash flakes that can stay in your diet. Also, the doors are an essential part of the grill. Choose a grill with a heat-retaining cover stuck inside the grill. This allows for quick cooking and non-smoking.
The materials used to make the grill are also essential. Some grills are made of materials that break easily or do not stand up well against elements. Stainless steel grills are well adapted to the weather and heat of the grill. Try to avoid carved grills as the paint may come off easily. Although light, solid objects are hard to find between grills, you can do better with such a search. Remember, however, that first and foremost, the most important built-in feature you want on the grill is durability

2.Keep the potatoes white
Cover the mashed or chopped potatoes with cold water before cooking to prevent the spuds from turning the excess gray/brown caused by the release of starch which causes them to oxidize.
3.Give bananas a long life
Keep bananas clean for a long time by wrapping the end of the lump with plastic wrap. Ideally, separate each banana. These devices block ethylene gases from escaping from the stem, thus ripening the fruit very quickly.
4.It makes the removal of the eggshell much easier
Regenerating your eggs, it is tough to remove their shells when they are boiled. Solve this problem by adding soda or vinegar to water while boiling eggs.
Both of these substances accumulate in the shells of the eggs and help the albumen (which is a good word for egg whites) to separate from the shell.
5.Make citrus fruits juicy
To extract the excess juice from the lemon, cool it, and place it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds.
Bonus tips: Roll the orange fruit before squeezing, cut it into lengths, and/or use the lumps to squeeze instead of both hands.
6.Remove pomegranate seeds
(without dying, your hands are red)
The nitpicky form of pomegranate extract is probably enough to make you pass these delicious, antioxidant-rich fruits.
Simplify the process by cutting a shallow circle at the edges of the pomegranate flower and then cutting at the bottom (on the other side) of the fruit.
Beat the fruit at its natural edges, and then break each section by separating the seeds.
7.Prevent onions from cracking
To stop the tears caused by the onions, freeze the fragrant veggie before cutting. (Note: This trick only works if you plan to cook onions later - otherwise, after the onions have melted, the green slices will be harder!)
Another way? Fasten your swimming trunks to protect your eyes while cutting.
Or, if you want to look completely crazy when your roommate comes in, put a piece of bread in your mouth (a little sticky) to absorb the irritating gas before it reaches your eyes.
