During the last century, major efforts have been developed to improve physical health. Taking mental health challenges, however, is still lagging. According to the World Health Organization, mental challenges account for 47%of disability in life, calculated in the number of days during which people cannot function normally in their daily lives, compared with 8%for respiratory diseases, 5%for cardiovascular diseases, and 2% for cancer. However, addressing mental aliments account for only a small part of the health budget of developed nations.

2 . Co-operation

In a strongly competitive society, individuals do not trust one another. They worry about their safety, and they constantly get to promote their own interests and social status without much concern for others. On the other hand, in cooperative societies, individuals trust one another, and they are prepared to devote time and resources to others. This sets in motion a cycle of solidarity and reciprocity that nurtures a harmonious relationship.

3 . Caring about economics

There are two ways that you get to seek, first your unhealthy foods and your economy.

Collective goods and poverty in the middle of plenty. To solve this problem, we need to bring about the voice of care and altruism. The economy must exist to serve the society, not to be served by the society. It must also benefit society as a whole

A healthy economy must not give way to disproportionate inequality. This does not refer to the natural forms of disparity manifest by the human community, but rather extreme inequality that derives not from people, actual dispositions but from the economy and political system that are skewed to promote this iniquity.

Even in this world of economics, the respect for human values given by altruism is not an idealistic dream but a pragmatic expression of the best way to achieve a fair economy and long-term harmony.
