Top 6 steps to a positive body image

We should all strive for a positive body image. It happens when you get to know yourself and who you are. You have a very accurate estimate of your size, shape and weight. You see yourself as you are more attractive. Accept yourself even if you are overweight. When you try to do anything good, you have to trust yourself and love yourself. When you have a positive body image, it doesn’t take long to think about diet, weight, calories, exercise, and so on. You will be proud of who you are and feel comfortable in your body. Most people with overeating disorder do not have a positive body image. Instead, they have very distorted images of how they look on their own. Here are six ways to build a positive body image for yourself. Make a list of people you like. Write down why you like each person. When writing about features you like, pay attention to what you write. For example, suppose you have great respect for Oprah. Her generosity towards the people on your list, no matter what background she comes from, is a strong character who makes her believe in her and her success. You don’t like her being Oprah; You praise him for the change he has made in the world. For his contribution to society. He touched and changed the lives of many people. Remember the time in your life when you felt great about yourself. Travel back into your life when you are happy with your body. Maybe it's high school or college. At any given time, close your eyes and remember how you felt. Let these good feelings spread within you.  Now write what you like about yourself take a piece of paper and write down everything you like about yourself: your legs, your eyebrows, your smile, your hair, and so on. It is important to focus on your likes rather than the most reluctance here. Start appreciating what you like about yourself. It makes you feel good overall. Pay attention to how you carry yourself when you walk. Do you look down and walk with your head down? Are the shoulders rubbing? Proud! Start walking and make eye contact with people. Hold your head up. Walk backwards with your shoulders. Start with yourself. If you haven’t exercised in a while, start slowly. Go for a walk outside on a good day. If you have a habit of exercising, keep it up and adjust your routine so that you do not get bored. When you exercise, you feel good about yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes. Start slow and work your way up. Stay with positive people. Examine the people closest to you. Are they positive or negative people? This attitude is likely to reflect on you and your attitude if they are negative. Try to limit your time with any negativity, because it makes you feel bad about yourself. You focus on the things you don’t like about yourself. Start feeling good about yourself and learn to accept yourself. You will see slow changes. Learn to always be on your side rather than against you. Put your shoulders back and stop thinking who you are. Love who you are and who you are becoming.
