12 Minutes
Since the studio revealed a trailer at E3 2019, Nomada's interactive thriller 12 Minutes has been on our radar. You take on the role of a husband who is trapped in a 12-minute time loop. When a police officer breaks into your house and accuses your wife of murder, your beautiful evening soon turns into a nightmare. Suddenly, you're transported back to the moment before everything began, and you must work to change your fate and end the circle once and for all as you progress through each time loop. It's easily one of the most exciting indie titles to look forward to in 2020, with inspiration from The Shining, Memento, and Rear Window.
Kena: Bridge of Spirits
Kena, a youthful spirit guide, sets out to uncover a sacred mountain shrine in an abandoned hamlet inhabited by trapped spirits in this new and cute adventure from developer Ember Lab. Kena is also accompanied by the Rot, a group of beautiful little fuzzy spirits for whom we instantly want a plushie. You can gather the Rot along the way to earn skills and change the environment around you to proceed. It has a Pikmin flavor to it, as well as a lot of charm.
Life is Strange: True Colors
Deck Nine's next graphic adventure, Life is Strange: True Colors, is available now (the team behind Life is Strange: Before the Storm). Alex Chen, a young woman with a rough foster-care history, reunites with her brother to have him dead in an unknown accident. To learn the truth about her brother's death, she'll utilize her psychic empathy talents to read and manipulate other people's emotions.
Death loop
Imagine Groundhog Day, but you're two assassins who kill each other every day, and the cycle continues indefinitely. That's Deathloop for you. According to the game's description, the game is set in the enigmatic Black Reef during a "period of lunacy." Our two assassins have vastly different perspectives on their current circumstances, according to Arkane Lyon's evolution. Juliana wants to safeguard it, while Cole wants to break free from their never-ending cycle of killing one other. Countless times.
Rainbow Six Extraction
We're now looking at Rainbow Six Extraction, which was previously known as Rainbow Six Quarantine. The name was changed for excellent reasons, of course. This is a Rainbow Six Siege spin-off with comparable cooperative multiplayer gameplay. You must collaborate with your group to combat and defeat the Archaeans, a parasite-like alien.
Far Cry 6
Yes, it is correct. Far Cry is making a comeback. Far Cry 6 is set in Yara, characterized as a "tropical paradise frozen in time." You play as Dani Rojas, a local Yaran. Assuming a guerrilla fighter's character, you begin to overthrow Anton Castillo's totalitarian rule (played by Giancarlo Esposito). As the leader of Yara, Castillo wants to return the country to its former grandeur, and he's willing to go to any length to do so.
