Good health comes from health, decision-making, and behavior based on sound health knowledge and healthy attitudes. We cannot eliminate the stress of addiction, but we can make efforts and wise choices in lifestyle to prevent these pressures from overwhelming us. Occupational well-being improves employee health and enhances organizational policy. Creating a workplace health and well-being culture enhances and maintains the morale of employees, improves the lives of employees, and helps drive the overall success of the organization. 1) With your daily dose of vitamin D:

2) 1 Minute Exercise Too Busy:

We have emails on our phones, often working from home, working on vacations, sleeping less, and eating anything that is easy to catch. 4) Sleep well at night:

We are all guilty of watching Netflix too late. But if you want to commit to a healthy lifestyle, sleep should be one of your priorities. If you are determined to stay healthy and lose weight a bit, skip the late-night television and go to bed. It will make that morning exercise more tolerable, too.

5) Smart Snack:

Selfishness is not the enemy; it is the way you eat to get the weight you want or to feel down. A light diet not only keeps your metabolism burning but helps keep your hunger levels and energy stable throughout the day. The key here is to prepare your meals wisely.

6) If you have stairs in your home or office:

take every opportunity you can. However, do not stop there. For strenuous cardio activity, go up and down stairs repeatedly. Start with a limited number of repetitions and increase as you feel empowered.
