1. Three King's Church

The three King's church is in Casualim village; it is said that it is one of Goa's most popular haunted places. The three King's church is named after the three scholars–the King's who visited Lord Jesus at his birth in Bethlehem. 

It is said that there is a popular haunted story that tells us about the three Portuguese kings who once ruled the land. The three kings were greedy for power, so one of the kings poisoned the other two. 

 

 

After killing the two King's he was unhappy with his deeds, so he committed suicide. 

Many people and locals say that the bodies of the three kings are buried under the church. It is also said that their spirits or ghosts roam around the church and the village. 

 

 

2. Jakni Bandh

Jake's bandh is a temporary bridge between Navelim and Draper. It is said that because of the driver's mistake the school bus was toppled and all the passengers and the little kids were killed. 

Most of these passengers were the little kids from the school. Most people say that at night they can hear the voice of the children who are crying. 

 

 

3.Baytakhol

Baytakhol is another haunted place in Goa, and it is located in the Dhavali and Bori. It is said that a large number of accidents have taken place here, and this makes the place more haunted and popular.

There is a haunted story behind this; they say that they can see a woman who cries out for help on the road; if someone crosses her and looks back, they will find an empty road only. 

 

 

4. Dona Paula Beach

Dona Paula Beach is a famous picnic spot for tourists and locals. Did you know that Dona Paula is a name of a man? He had a daughter who fell in love with a boy, but due to their parents' objections, she jumped off the cliff. 

It is said that the spirit of Dona Paula's daughter haunts the beach. 

 

 

4. NH17

You can say NH17 or the Mumbai–Goa Highway is another haunted place of Goa. Did you know that there is a legend that says that there is a lair of witches who roam on the highway searching for dead meat? 

People say that when you are traveling there you shouldn't eat or carry meat on the way after the sunset. 

 

 

5. Saligao Village

Saligao village is the another haunted place of Goa, it is popular for churches. It is said that there is an angry spirit of a woman named Christina. 

There is a banyan tree which is considered to be the breeding ground of spirits. Over a decade ago, a Portuguese man was dating back then, but he went missing. When he was found, his body was covered with wounds and scratches; when questioned, they found that he was taken by Christina. 

 

 

6. Ghost Hotel

This Abandoned hotel is popularly known as a ghost hotel, this was being built by Russians, but due to legal complications, it never got completed. The space and the jungle in the surrounding give a spooky touch to the abandoned hotel. 

Some people said that when they visited the beach near the abandoned hotel, they saw some work going on.
