1. HATHA YOGA

To the running of selfless service is the essence of Karma Yoga, or choosing a future free from negativity and selfishness, safe in the knowledge that your life results from the actions of the past. The practice of karma-yoga is trying to change your actions in the direction of the good, good words, good thoughts, good deeds, and how to change your soul. It is to be selfless; you have to change your consciousness, which will lead to a change in your destiny.

6. TANTRA YOGA

Tantra Yoga is the path of the rite and perhaps still is the most accurate way to get to understand your path. Some people think of Tantra Yoga, such as magic, witchcraft, magic spell, or a secret formula. To the majority of people's experience of Tantra Yoga as a sexual. All of these positions are very far from the truth. Tantra is the knowledge of Tattva (truth or self-realization) and Mantra (mystic syllables).
