1.HATHA YOGA

Doing self-sacrificing work is the foundation of Karma Yoga, or choosing a future that is free of indifference and selfishness is safe from knowing that your life comes from past actions. The practice of karma-yoga seeks to transform your actions into positive, positive words, positive thoughts, positive actions, and how you can change your soul. There should be no self-sacrifice; you have to change your consciousness, which will lead to a change in your future.
6. TANTRA YOGA
Tantra Yoga is a traditional method and probably still the most accurate way to understand your approach. Some people think of Tantra Yoga, such as magic, sorcery, spelling, or a secret formula. For many people who are familiar with Tantra Yoga as sex. All of these positions are far removed from reality.
