                                               Top 6 basic health tips

Allah has created man as the best of all creatures and made him his caliph in this world. Various systems have been created in his body to carry out the responsibilities of the caliphate in an efficient manner.

For example, the digestive system, respiratory system, circulatory system, excretory system, nervous system reproductive system, etc. Then he assigned organs to each of these systems according to the nature of the work to work properly and then created a balance and connection between these systems to create harmony between them. This internal system of human beings is so complex that as soon as a human being contemplates it, the amazing feeling of his helplessness and God's craftsmanship becomes deeper.

Allah has invited man to think within himself and in his creation for the sake of his recognition.

Health is Wealth

As long as the complex internal system of a human remains in a correct state, a human being can fully fulfill the responsibilities of the divine caliphate. But as soon as his physical or mental system develops. It becomes unable to perform its duties properly.

The harmony of all these systems is a great blessing of Allah. For the human being in this world and the hereafter, the country and the nation, and the whole universe.

The famous quote is "Health is a thousand blessings" but the fact is that health is more precious than wealth, even if we can say it is priceless. What is the comparison of health with wealth? If someone's wealth goes away but his health is intact, he can regain wealth in a short time by working hard. But if someone's health deteriorates and he has piles of wealth, then what is the use of him? Wealth can buy expensive medicines but health cannot be bought.

A  healthy person is always the happiest person

if a person's health is good, he remains healthy and energetic even by eating plain bread. The redness of his healthy blood is reflected on his face. The strength of his arm creates self-confidence in him. His mental strength is still faith in him.

The ever-present smile on his lips reflects his psychological balance. He is respected wherever he goes. Whoever comes to him becomes happy. There is always a crowd of friends around him who admire him for his cheerfulness and high character. Therefore, everything that a healthy person wants in the world is available to him.

But if the health deteriorates, all the fun becomes crisp. The pleasure of living continued to disappear, and the grace of nature disappeared. Even the best food started to look bad. The laughter of friends started to become poison. The mood became irritated. Life began to feel like a burden. After all, how long would even the relatives bear it? And thus a person loses the blessing of health and becomes a test for the whole family.

Principles of good health

When health is such a precious blessing, doctors must have formulated some rules to maintain it.
-  Simple food

The first principle of health is that our diet should be very simple. Eating too much junk food becomes an undue burden on the digestive system and it cannot digest them properly. The food that will not be digested and become a part of the body itself, how will it be able to provide the rest of the body's systems with their required food?

A slight taste of the tongue leads to weakness and eventual destruction of all internal systems. So we should use more vegetables and fruits in food.

-  Eat when hungry

There is a historical incident of Islam which a doctor came to Medina for the medical services of the Muslim brothers, but even after many days, no patient came to him for treatment. When the physician mentioned the situation in the service of the Prophet (SAW), he said: "These people eat food when they are very hungry, and if they are still hungry, they withdraw their hands. Therefore, if they are not sick, why should they be treated?"

So, one of the keys to maintaining health is that we also eat when we are very hungry and if there is still some hunger left, stop eating.

-  Work hard

Another golden rule for maintaining good health is to eat a full stomach and then work hard to digest it.
farmers and people living in villages have good health because they eat simple food but spend the whole day in hard work.

-  Prescription for city dwellers

People who have to work sitting in a chair all day after eating and do not get a chance to expand their stomach to digest food should make it a habit to take a walk in the open and fresh air every day. And after every meal, a walk must be done, besides, heavy and slow digesting foods should be avoided.

-  getting up early in the morning

Sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning is the alchemy for health. Allah has made the night for rest and the morning for work. Not following this pattern is an open war against human nature. It can not maintain health.

-  principles of Hygiene

To preserve precious blessings like health, we must strictly follow the principles of hygiene. Breathe in clean air through the nose. Fine hairs inside the nose prevent most air densities from entering, and the relatively long path from the nose to the lungs moderates cold air. Breathe out through the mouth.

Drink clean and fresh water. Drinking dirty water can cause dysentery, diarrhea, cholera, and other infectious diseases. During rains and epidemics, drink water by boiling it and cooling it. Avoid eating and drinking very cold and very hot things. Chew your food well and drink less water while eating. However, you can drink water after half an hour after eating.

It is very important to brush your teeth in the morning and at night. Otherwise, the food particles stuck between the teeth will rot and go into the stomach, and they will also spoil the stomach.

Having a bath daily, splashing fresh water on the eyes, not letting the nails grow, and taking care of the cleanliness of the hair, besides keeping the clothes and the environment clean are also included in the essentials of health.
