1)What is Tadasana?
In modern yoga, Tadasana or Mountain Pose is a standing exercise. Medieval hatha yoga texts did not mention it. Several other standing poses are built upon it. With the feet and the hands at the sides of the body, it is a basic standing asana in most forms of yoga. Various styles of yoga disagree on the details of the asana, resulting in some variations.

To enter the posture, you must stand with your feet together, grounding evenly through your feet, and lift your head's crown to your chest. They're lifting their thighs; they're lifting their waists; they're lengthening their spines." Inhaling and exhaling are effortless. As a beginner's asana, Tadasana serves as a foundation for many standing asanas. Because it allows the body and the mind to integrate the experience of the previous asana, it is essential.
2)What is Uttanasana?
Uttanasana, or Standing Forward Bend, is a standing forward bending asana in modern yoga.

During the 19th century, a pose known as Uttanasana was illustrated (lying on the back, with elbows touching the knees and the hands behind the neck). In the 20th century, this pose became popular. Starting from Tadasana, bend forward at the hips until the palms can be placed on the floor, finally behind the heels, to enter this pose.
3)What is Baddha konasana?
Baddha konasana is a basic seated asana. It opens the hips and the groin muscles.Sit with your back straight and directly on the sit bones of your buttocks to enter this pose. While keeping the hands on the feet, bend the knees and bring the feet together in front of the body with the toes, arches, and heels pressed against each other. Bring the heels as close to the groin as possible while keeping the feet together.

If you want to get a deeper stretch, try gently bouncing your legs up and down like butterfly wings or tilting your upper body forward at the hips while maintaining a straight spine. While in this position, take deep breaths for as long as you need to. Baddha konasana stimulates the svadisthana chakra, which is associated with creativity and determination, according to traditional belief. This asana stimulates the third eye chakra, which promotes inner acceptance, concentration, and productivity.
4)What is Bhujangasana?
It is also known as Cobra Pose in English, but the Sanskrit name for it is Bhujangasana. In a Sun Salutation, it can be used as a less strenuous alternative to Urdhva Mukha Svanasana. bhujanga means serpent or snake, and asana means seat or posture. It was first described in the Gheranda Samhita, one of the three classical Hatha yoga texts from the 17th century, as the Bhujangasana yoga posture.

Bhujangasana is the penultimate pose of the thirty-two asanas described in the second chapter of this text. According to legend, the pose awakens Kundalini (serpent) energy, which is usually dormant at the base of your spine. This, according to the Gheranda Samhita, will cause the body's temperature to rise, eradicating all diseases.
5)What is Shavasana?
An important restorative yoga asana is known by the Sanskrit name Shavasana. Most yoga traditions use it at the end of an asana sequence to relax and integrate. The technique is also used by some schools at the beginning of class to calm the body and mind, and in both Sivananda and Yoga Therapy, it is used to calm the nervous system in between postures.

However, even though the goal of the pose is relaxation, it is considered an active pose in which the practitioner should remain fully awake and not fall asleep during it. During the pose, the body is positioned on its back on the ground, legs comfortably spread, and arms relaxed beside it, palms facing up. For prana (life force energy) to flow freely, the breath should be natural.
